Another 2001 map of Dominica.

My Dominica map page also included a shaded relief map of Dominica and another one showing Dominica with Guadeloupe and Martinique, the neighbouring French islands. They are downloaded from The Perry-Castañeda Library Map Collection (University of Texas) and are released under public domain).

You can find my Master of Science thesis (in Geography) Naturalistic and existential realms of place in Roseau (University of Helsinki, 2001) on this website.

The author looks much younger when relaxing in a river while doing research for his M.Sc. Thesis in Dominica in 1999. The reason is obvious: he was much younger back then.
